The Group has assembled one of the most accomplished teams in the sector drawn from backgrounds as diverse as Town Planning, Construction Management, Architecture, Tax Planning and Surveying through to Banking and Finance.
Drawing upon his 25 years commercial experience with Bovis Lend Lease, five of which he was responsible for their operation in Eastern Europe, Warwick now works directly on all commercial aspects of the groups projects.
Whilst responsible for the commercial side of Bovis North, Warwick was involved in some major projects. The Scottish Parliament, Trafford and Braehead Shopping Centres together were valued at over €900m and his other projects included hospitals, airports, offices, railways and internationally the Philip Morris factory in Russia together with shopping centres and office in Poland and Russia.
Warwick also advises upon procurement strategies, consultant appointments, trade and sub-contracts, cost control procedures and risk management.
