The Group has assembled one of the most accomplished teams in the sector drawn from backgrounds as diverse as Town Planning, Construction Management, Architecture, Tax Planning and Surveying through to Banking and Finance.
Steven has been a principal member of the Group's development team since 1996 and has worked in the United Kingdom, Ireland and Central Europe. As the Group's leading Development Director, Steven is now responsible for co-ordinating all of our Group's development opportunities.
Throughout this period, Steven has formed strategic working relationships with a variety of public and private sector organisations across Europe. This experience of working in partnership with public sector organisations and grant funding opportunities has resulted in successfully concluding a number of mixed use schemes in both city centre and out-of-town locations.
Prior to joining the Group, Steven's related experience includes Civil/Construction Engineering (Carillion) and Real Estate/Property Agency (King Sturge).
