The Group has assembled one of the most accomplished teams in the sector drawn from backgrounds as diverse as Town Planning, Construction Management, Architecture, Tax Planning and Surveying through to Banking and Finance.
As the former head of the Legal and Insurance Department for Bovis Lend Lease European Operations, Company Secretary for Bovis Lend Lease Ltd and up to 40 other companies and a Director of Bovis Lend Lease Ltd and over 25 other Group companies Peter provides the group with the broadest insight into the legal and statutory requirements relating to its business.
Peter was with Bovis for almost 20 years during which time he was responsible for BLL European legal operations, which at various times extended from Ireland across to India and up from South Africa to Moscow.
He also project managed multi-discipline teams across a number of areas including Risk Assessment, for BLL operations on Health & Safety issues in Europe and UK, nature of entry in PFI market, procurement and supply chain management etc.
He studied law and as a consultant has also advised in relation to major PFI healthcare projects, the Building Schools for the Future scheme, Insurance Programmes as well as project specific insurance and on Corporate Governance issues.
