Norman Turner established what is now the Midia Group in the early 1980’s. A well known and highly respected property entrepreneur, Norman has successfully completed an extremely diverse and extensive range of property transactions including the design, financing and development of Victoria Station in Manchester, UK which incorporates the 20,000 seat MEN arena.
With a particular expertise in working with the public sector to raise money for private real estate development, Norman has raised in aggregate over EUR 175 million from central, regional and local government in non-refundable financing to assist his clients in their development projects.
Norman has successfully completed on a non-speculative basis over 186,000 square meters of industrial space, over 46,000 square meters of prime office location and over 42,000 square meters of retail space for some of Europe’s leading businesses.
He has raised over EUR 200 million in equity and over EUR 650 million debt finance for projects in Central Europe.
