A member of the International Fiscal Association, Luca specialises in national and international tax planning, structuring of holding and financial companies, intellectual property, preventive fiscal agreements, negotiation for different jurisdictions, and in general Swiss and foreign commercial law.
After having received a law degree from the University of Lausanne, Luca worked for one of the largest law firms in Lugano and thereafter was an associate with an important Swiss fiduciary company. Luca currently lectures on international tax planning at the Scuola universitaria professionale della Svizzera Italiana.
