The senior team at Midia has over twenty years experience investing in the European commercial real estate sector.
The Group has assembled one of the most accomplished teams in the sector drawn from backgrounds as diverse as Town Planning, Construction Management, Architecture, Tax Planning and Surveying through to Banking and Finance.
A principal member of Midia Group since 2002, Louise has been responsible for Group finance throughout this period and since 2005 has also been responsible for the successful management of its EUR 150 million real estate investment fund.
Playing an integral part in our corporate finance initiatives, corporate structuring and business modelling, Louise’s responsibilities include managing international legal and tax planning across the group. Such expertise provides a unique capability within our team and with it we are often involved in high-end development schemes, often ‘problem solving’ for our partners.
Louise has a Masters degree in Finance from Trinity College, Dublin and before joining Midia was based in London where she concentrated on finance related experience across Europe ranging from investment banking to financial and management consulting.
