The senior team at Midia has over twenty years experience investing in the European commercial real estate sector.
The Group has assembled one of the most accomplished teams in the sector drawn from backgrounds as diverse as Town Planning, Construction Management, Architecture, Tax Planning and Surveying through to Banking and Finance.
Louise has been a principal member of Midia Group since 2002, and has been responsible for Group finance throughout this period. Since 2005, Louise has successfully been responsible for the management of our EUR 150 million real estate investment fund.
Playing an integral part in our corporate finance initiatives, corporate structuring and business modelling, Louise's responsibilities include managing international legal and tax planning across the Group. Such expertise provides a unique capability to our team, and as such we are generally involved in high-end development schemes - often 'problem solving' for our clients.
Before joining Midia Group, Louise concentrated on finance related experience ranging from investment banking to financial and management consulting, based in London and working across Europe. Louise has a Masters degree in Finance from Trinity College, Dublin.
