The Group has assembled one of the most accomplished teams in the sector drawn from backgrounds as diverse as Town Planning, Construction Management, Architecture, Tax Planning and Surveying through to Banking and Finance.
Fabio joined Midia Group as Managing Director of Italian operations in January 2007. In addition to running our Italian portfolio, Fabio's responsibilities include coordinating the projects and design teams to reach agreed company and client targets on time and in budget.
After starting his career as a junior property valuation consultant, he then moved to Bovis Lend Lease, one of the most prestigious project & construction management companies in the world, where he coordinated a project team (comprising of designers, BLL staff and consultants).
With two partners, Fabio founded a real estate consulting practice in Rome, where he ran his own business for four years. Fabio then joined The Mills Corporation, an American REIT, listed on the NYSE, active in the development of large, complex mixed-use centres on multiple sites across USA and Europe.
Fabio is a registered Civil Geotechnical Engineer and speaks Italian and English fluently.
