The senior team at Midia has over twenty years experience investing in the European commercial real estate sector.
The Group has assembled one of the most accomplished teams in the sector drawn from backgrounds as diverse as Town Planning, Construction Management, Architecture, Tax Planning and Surveying through to Banking and Finance.
Dennis has over 45 years experience in the construction industry; 31 of these years with Bovis. During this period Dennis has been involved in some of the most prestigious construction projects in the UK. In 1991 Dennis was awarded the coveted title of "Building Manager of the Year".
Dennis became MD of Bovis' Northern division and in 1994 was promoted to Bovis Constructions main board. In 1995 Dennis became a board director of Bovis operations in Europe, responsible for the UK North and as MD of Eastern Europe.
Dennis was awarded a CBE in the 1999 honours list and in the same year was awarded an MSc Honoris Corsa by Salford University.
In 2004 Dennis formally retired from the Bovis Lend Lease Europe board and was retained on a consultancy basis.
Having been associated with the Group for over 25 years, Dennis has now been appointed as Midia Group's Senior Advisory Consultant for development and construction delivery.
