A 12,000 m² vaccine production facilities, laboratories and a warehouse with associated offices and welfare facilities for a major pharmaceutical company. The facility has over 2,000 m² of clean room suites providing a range of Class B, C and D areas with unclassified areas also constructed to clean room standards. The scheme has been designed to allow expansion from the existing premises on an adjacent site.
