The Midia Group was selected as preferred partner by the Ford Motor Company and English Partnerships in 1998 following a National competition for regeneration.
With almost 150,000 mē of industrial space on a 25 ha area, the Boulevard Park houses automotive, pharmaceutical and biotech occupants.
The project prevented several thousand proposed redundancies in existing industries and created hundreds of new employment opportunities as part of the regeneration programme.
