The Midia Group has its foundations in a series of real estate development companies formed in the early 1980's by well-known property investors Norman Turner and Edward J. A. Clucas.

Following the successful completion of over EUR 1 billion of commercial development in the UK property sector in the mid-1990's, Midia expanded its operations internationally.
