This provides an opportunity to combine yield compression with reduced competition in these markets in order to minimise financial risk while increasing potential rewards.
Using over twenty years experience investing in the sector, the Midia Group will actively select both property development and investment opportunities where they believe significant returns can be achieved. The Group will continue to focus on a balanced portfolio of activities, maintaining approximate equal weighting between property development projects and direct property investment.
